A screen we sell is never left without parts
With us, there is no situation where a screen has been sold but the parts for it are missing. Behind this rule are four concrete arrangements, which follow from the VEX offer and the manufacturer's documentation.
- Spares in the set. We add spare cabinets to every screen: +5%, minimum 2, topped up to a full case of 8, always included in the offer price.
- Common parts across the series. ICON 2.6, ICON 2.9 Hybrid and ICON 3.9 IP share the same 500 × 500 mm cabinet with 250 × 250 mm modules, as well as a common frame, beam and flight case.
- Regular FOS distributor. You order modules, receiving cards and power supplies through us, from the manufacturer in the EU.
- 2-year manufacturer's warranty and one contact for all requests: VEX.

Price your screen in the configuratorSpare cabinets: included in the set, not on request
An offer without spares only looks cheaper until the first failure. That is why the rule is fixed: we add +5% cabinets to every set, minimum 2, topped up to a full case of 8, and include them in the offer price.

| Screen | Cabinets in the screen (4 per m²) | Spares in the set |
|---|---|---|
| 3 × 2 m | 24 | 8 pcs (to a full case) |
| 4 × 2.5 m | 40 | 8 pcs |
| 5 × 5 m | 100 | 12 pcs |
A spare cabinet is at hand from the day of delivery: it is the same model as the screen, ready to swap in. The rules for pricing a screen are explained in the guide How much does an LED screen cost.
One series, common parts
Service is simpler when a screen is made of repeatable elements. In the FOS ICON series these elements are shared by all three models:
| Element | What is shared | What it means for service |
|---|---|---|
| Cabinet | 500 × 500 × 83 mm, 8 kg, die-cast aluminium | one cabinet format across the series |
| Module | 250 × 250 mm, 4 per cabinet, no left/right variants | the same module fits any position in the cabinet; replaced from the front |
| Power supply, receiving card, HUB card | one quick-swap “3-in-1 power box” element | the whole assembly is replaced as one part |
| Frame, beam, flight case | shared by ICON 2.6, 2.9 Hybrid and 3.9 IP | one set of hardware for the whole series |
Modules differ in pitch (2.6, 2.9 or 3.9 mm), so we match the part to the screen model you bought from us; we know it from the project. The whole system is described on the FOS ICON LED screens page.
Manufacturer's warranty and service support levels
FOS ICON screens have a 2-year manufacturer's warranty, and the Standard level includes support with warranty claims and complaints. The manufacturer's manual provides for an inspection of the screen at least once a year, which is a good starting point for choosing your support level. The three levels are described on the Support page:
| Level | For whom | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | Basic technical contact, help with diagnosis and with organising further service | Service form or e-mail, consultation, remote diagnostics (where possible), support with warranty claims and complaints, access to project documentation (if prepared by VEX); on-site technician visits charged separately |
| Priority | Venues where the AV system is part of daily operations | Priority service contact, hotline, faster response, option of an urgent technician visit, periodic inspection, check-up before an important event, priority when ordering parts |
| Managed | Venues that want to hand over the ongoing running of the system to a technical partner | Dedicated technical account manager, inspection plan, regular technical reports, documentation updates, operator training, priority response to requests |
Response times are agreed per package and request urgency; the priority path covers the Priority and Managed packages. Requests are classified into four levels, from P1 (system down) to P4 (inspection, upgrade, expansion). We agree the scope and cost of support after a technical audit, so there are no surprises later.

Ask about a support packageWe service what we have supplied
We service the screens we supplied ourselves, so we have their documentation and order parts directly from the manufacturer. We know the screen's model and pitch and the project we selected it for, so a service request does not start with the question of what screen it is. As a regular FOS distributor, we also have a direct line to the manufacturer in the EU.
One partner from site survey to service
Service starts at the purchase: with how we select the model, power and structure. One company runs the whole process.
| Stage | What we do | Cost |
|---|---|---|
| Site survey | We measure the site and power points | 600 PLN net, credited towards the project |
| Design and model selection | We match the pitch to the viewing distance and select the structure, power and control | in the offer |
| Delivery with spares | A screen of 500 × 500 mm cabinets plus spare cabinets: +5%, minimum 2, topped up to a full case of 8 | spares included in the offer price |
| Installation and commissioning | We set up, connect and calibrate colour and brightness across the cabinets | from 3,800 PLN net |
| Support after purchase | Standard, Priority or Managed | after a technical audit |
Matching pitch to viewing distance is explained in the guide How to choose LED pixel pitch, permanent installation on the LED screen installation page, and prices per m² in How much does an LED screen cost. Buying panels for a rental house or event company? See stage LED screen.
