AV integrations that work in the real venue, not just on paper
We design and deploy audio, lighting, LED and control systems for clubs, hotels, restaurants and conference facilities in Warsaw and across Poland. One team handles equipment, cabling, installation, commissioning and documentation — from the first consultation through later upgrades and service.
Line array rigged on truss — an on-site integration in Warsaw.
// Scope of integration
One team, one process, one point of responsibility
From site analysis to post-deployment service — the same engineering team runs every stage of the integration. No handing the project between subcontractors, no blurred responsibility for the result.
1Venue and user-needs analysis
2Equipment and configuration selection
3Design of the audio, lighting, LED, video or control system
4Delivery of equipment and infrastructure
5Installation, cabling and configuration
6System commissioning
7Documentation & training
8Technical support and later upgrade
We integrate AV systems tailored to the type of venue:
The right equipment selection decides the outcome of the whole integration
In a professional AV system, a single product rarely works on its own — what matters is how the elements match, how they are mounted, controlled, powered and cabled, the operating conditions on site, and the later support. That is why VEX Systems combines B2B distribution with technical consulting and real on-site deployment.
Every integration project covers three core engineering services. Modernizing an existing venue usually goes hand in hand with a technology refresh — a planned upgrade to newer-generation equipment, without shutting the venue down.

Engineering
Consulting and design
Needs analysis, technical concept, equipment selection, system design and a solution tailored to your specific venue.
We select equipment for the project and budget, not for a single brand — so every element fits the rest of the system instead of being forced into it. Our offer includes FOS products as well as other brands chosen for the specific application.

// How we work
Six stages. No shortcuts.
A full cycle protects you from the costliest integration mistake: good equipment matched to a bad design. If you already have your own technical design or a general contractor, we step in from stage 03 and deliver only the missing part.
01
Analysis
Technical interview, venue assessment, acoustic measurements, audience and use-case analysis. Result: a brief that protects the whole project from the wrong selection at the start.
02
Design
AV schematic, photometric measurements, acoustic design, rigging layout, signal concept — on paper before a single zł is spent on equipment.
03
Equipment selection
BOM (Bill of Materials), net+VAT calculation, lead time, alternatives and budget variants — you see exactly what you're paying for.
04
Installation
Mechanical installation, cable routing, TÜV-compliant rigging, signal, power, health & safety — delivered by the same team that designed it.
05
Commissioning
SPL measurements, EQ, DSP calibration, control scenarios, acceptance tests and protocols — the system works exactly as designed, not "more or less fine".
06
Documentation
As-built documentation, manuals, schematics for technical racks, operator training — your team knows how to run the system without calling us at every fault.
// Labor pricing
Base rates. No hidden catches.
We publish indicative net engineering labor rates — you see what you are paying for before the first złoty. Equipment is priced from the catalog; the total cost is confirmed in a quote after a site visit.

// Quality & compliance
No fluff — just protocols.
Every stage leaves a trail: photos, reports, measurements, checklists. Handover and client audits are based on documents, not declarations — what you receive is what was actually measured.
Rigging TÜV
Certified structures, motors and clamps. Static calculations and rigging protocols — your audience's safety confirmed on paper, not on someone's word.
Acoustic measurements
SPL, RT60, STI measured on-site, not estimated from a catalog. The PDF report goes into the venue's documentation.
Electrical safety
IR measurements, continuity, RCD. Power schematics and acceptance protocols — the basis for building acceptance and venue insurance.
Warranty & service
Manufacturer equipment warranty plus VEX post-installation care, with a priority contact path for venues under contract.
// 05 — After installation
The system works. What next?
Every installation ends with a handover, not a goodbye. For venues that cannot afford downtime, we run the Managed Support & SLA package: inspections, calibration, priority service response, upgrades and technology refresh.
Answers visible right away — no hidden tabs, no pricing catches.
No, that's the most common starting point. Most clients come with a brief and expectations, and the rest — analysis, design, equipment selection, installation and acceptance — is run by our team in one cycle. If you already have your own technical design or general contractor, we come in from stage 03 (Equipment selection) or 04 (Installation) and bill only for that part.
